Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
1. Introduction
Manta Code ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website or use our services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us when you:
- Contact us via email
- Use our products and services
- Subscribe to our newsletters
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain our services
- Respond to your inquiries
- Send you updates about our products and services
- Improve our website and services
4. Anonymous Usage Statistics
This section covers mantacode.com, fun-bits.com, mynextadventure.cloud (the website and the app at app.mynextadventure.cloud) and bowline.mantacode.com.
To learn which pages and features are used, we count visits and a few actions (for example, which product link was clicked or whether a video was played) in aggregate. We do this without cookies and without any consent banner: nothing is stored on your device for this purpose, and the counting script only reads what is listed below, in the moment the page is open.
What is counted with each page view or action:
- the page and the action, and the website that linked to us (the domain only)
- your country, as derived by Cloudflare from the connection, and a coarse device type (phone, tablet or desktop)
- your browser language and page-loading speed
- a random number that lives only while the page is open, so actions on one page view can be grouped
What is not collected:
- no cookies, local storage or any other identifier stored on your device
- no IP address and no browser user-agent string is stored
- no fingerprinting, no tracking across websites, no advertising and no profiling
If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is counted at all.
The statistics are processed by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Web Analytics and Workers Analytics Engine) on our behalf, and the event data is deleted automatically after three months. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding, in aggregate, how our websites are used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cloudflare is based in the United States, so this processing may involve a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and its data processing addendum with us includes the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
You have the right to object to this processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR). The simplest way is to turn on Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser, which stops all counting immediately; you can also write to us at the address below. Because the statistics contain no identifiers, we cannot single out or delete the data of an individual visitor after it has been counted.
